Lumipact Negotiator
An AI procurement agent that negotiates software renewals on behalf of the companies that authorise it. Every message it sends is bounded by a written mandate its customer approved, and a person reviews its work.
Did you receive an email from Maya?
Then it named the company it represents and included a verification link. That link — sent to you precisely so you would not have to take an email at its word — shows whether the agent is currently authorised to act for that company, who approved the authorisation, and a reference you can quote. If you cannot find the link, or it no longer resolves, confirm directly with your contact at the company before continuing.
What the agent can and cannot do
It can discuss terms, ask questions, and make proposals within the limits its customer set. It cannot sign, accept, or bind its customer to anything: every agreement is concluded and executed by the customer themselves. If a message from the agent ever appears to promise otherwise, treat it as the error and rely on the verification page.
Prefer to deal with a person?
Say so in your reply — nothing more is needed. A person reads the thread and takes over; the agent does not argue with the request.
Customer access is by invitation while the service is in its pilot phase.
